MORGAN HARRINGTON's PANTERA Shirt Found
April 15, 2010Rex Bowman of The Roanoke Times reports that Virginia State Police today confirmed for the first time that the shirt Morgan Harrington was wearing when she disappeared from a Charlottesville rock concert in October was found in the city — 11 miles from where her remains were later found.
Police released the information to mark the six-month anniversary of Harrington's Oct. 17 disappearance from a METALLICA concert at John Paul Jones Arena on the University of Virginia campus. At the time, Harrington, of Roanoke County, was wearing a black T-shirt with the name of rock band PANTERA emblazoned across the front.
A Charlottesville resident found the shirt Nov. 11 on 15th Street near the intersection of Grady Avenue.
